专利说明:

Description [0001] The present invention relates to a mold for producing a multi-curved curved glass pane, which is designed in particular for building facades.
In the prior art, it is known to bend glass sheets by gravity by means of concave or convex shapes, which have contoured supports, which are interconnected by laterally arranged support rods.
From the patent EP 2167435 (B1) a form for bidirectional bending of glass is known comprising a stationary lower load bearing structure with separate supports attached to support beams which are parallel to each other.
The upper edges of the pillars are concavely contoured and together form a shaping surface of a fixed curved shape in two directions. Above the lower support structure is an upper load bearing structure which can be moved up and down and has rods arranged side by side and which are deformable when exposed to heat. The bending of the glass sheet by means of this mold is performed by placing the selected supports of the lower load bearing structure on the support frame, placing the upper load bearing structure in the upper position where the rods form a flat surface, the glass sheet being formed , is placed on top of them, and then the mold is heated and the glass sheet is shaped into the lower position while simultaneously lowering the upper load bearing structure with respect to the lower load bearing structure. In the lower position, due to gravity exerted by the glass sheet, the bars of the upper load bearing structure, and with them the shaped glass sheet, conform to the shape of the pillars of the lower load bearing structure, defining those of the upper edges of these pillars Mirror surface.
Due to the use of the upper load-bearing structure consisting of the bars, the mold according to this solution restricts the possibilities of bending the glass and closes the shapes of multi-curved panes which have several different cross-sectional contours and are highly desirable in architectural applications , out. In addition, the mold has a complicated structure, including the parts that are movable relative to each other, and is due to the temperatures that result in the bending process, destruction and seizure exposed.
The aim of the invention is to develop a mold for producing a multi-curved bent glass sheet, which allows an unlimited, locally differentiated and changing continuous bending of the glass, at the same time the shape has a simple construction and is easy to use.
According to the invention, the mold for producing a multi-curved bent glass sheet has: a stationary lower load-bearing structure having defined longitudinal, transverse and vertical directions, which is provided with a support frame and a number of contoured supports arranged in vertical and parallel relationship to each other are mounted in the support frame; and an upper load bearing structure located on the pillars for supporting the glass sheet being molded, characterized in that the pillars of the lower load bearing structure have upper edges which are undulating and the pillars are arranged in such an order are that their upper edges form a predetermined bending surface bent along at least one of the longitudinal and transverse directions of the lower load bearing structure and alternately up and down in the vertical direction, with variable curvature and curvature depth; and that the upper load bearing structure is a plate which is deformable under the influence of temperature and placed on the upper edges of the pillars to support the shaped glass sheet for bending.
The upper load-bearing structure may comprise a Unterleg-glass.
Advantageously, the support frame has longitudinal members which are provided with upwardly projecting holders, which are adapted to the supports in a predetermined vertical
Hold position.
Advantageously, the supports in the lower load-bearing structure at a distance of 1 to 3 cm apart from each other.
Just as advantageous are the supports made of refractory material, in particular made of ceramic.
The shape for producing a multi-curved bent glass allows to obtain imaginative, repeated and alternately curved glass sheets, the outline surfaces of such discs can be predictably planned and manufactured. The shape can be easily adapted to the changed outlines of produced glass panes and allows, if necessary, the repeated reproduction of the discs of the same outline. Using the glass sheet as the upper load-bearing structure also allows the use of this backing plate in certain applications, for example architectural applications, or allows for easy recycling, melting in glass furnaces and reuse of the material.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which: Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the mold for producing a bent sheet of bent glass, Figure 2 shows a side view of the mold of Figure 1; Fig. 1 shows in the direction II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows a side view of the mold of Fig. 1 in the direction III in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 shows the perspective view of the lower load-bearing structure of Fig. 1 Fig. 5 shows the perspective view of the bent glass sheet after completion of the molding operation, with a part of the upper load bearing structure omitted for clarity.
The mold 1 for producing a multi-curved bent glass sheet according to the invention, as shown in Figures 1 to 4, a stationary lower load-bearing structure 2, which has a defined longitudinal direction 2a and transverse direction 2b. The lower load-bearing structure 2 has a support frame 4 and contoured supports 5 which are removably mounted vertically and parallel to each other on the support frame 4, wherein distances between the supports 5 are maintained. The detachable attachment of the supports 5 to the lower load-bearing structure 2 allows the replacement of these supports 5 as needed.
The support frame 4 has any structure that allows a solid and removable embedding of the supports 5 in the frame. For example, as shown in the figures, the support frame 4 has side rails 4a provided with upwardly projecting supports 4b adapted to hold the uprights 5 in a predetermined vertical position.
According to the invention, the supports 5 of the lower load-bearing structure 2 have upper edges which are wave-shaped, and the supports 5 are arranged in such an order that they form a predetermined bending surface along at least one of the longitudinal 2a and transverse direction 2b Lower load-bearing structure 2 and 2c in the vertical direction is bent alternately up and down, with variable curvature and curvature.
The supports 5 are spaced apart in the lower load-bearing structure 2 at a distance of 1 to 3 cm, depending on the thickness of the glass sheet to be bent and the desired appearance of the finished surface of the bent glass sheet (complexity of the shape of the surface).
The supports 5 are made of rigid refractory material, in particular of ceramic.
On the supports 5 of the lower load-bearing structure 2, a flat top load-bearing structure 3 is provided, which is used to support the glass sheet 6 to be bent. The upper load bearing structure 3 is a plate deformable under the influence of temperature, and it is particularly preferable that it is the underlay glass 3a.
Before bending the glass sheet, the mold is prepared by appropriately contoured columns 5 are attached to the support frame 4 of the lower load-bearing structure 2 in the predefined sequence, which allows a curved surface is obtained with the required shape. The forming of the columns 5 and their arrangement in the lower load-bearing structure 2 of the mold is carried out by computer-aided methods. The upper load-bearing structure 3 in the form of a plate, in particular a base glass 3a is placed on the supports 5, which are placed together on the lower load-bearing structure 2, and the glass sheet 6 to be bent is placed on this underlay glass 3a. In order to facilitate the separation of the finished glass sheet 6 from the plate of the upper load-bearing structure 3, in particular the underlay glass 3a, the upper load-bearing structure 3 is covered with a separating substance, for example one known in the glass industry.
The mold 1 is exposed together with the shaped glass 6 heat at temperatures of 550 to 750 Ό. As a result of the softening of the plate forming the upper load-bearing structure 3 and the glass sheet 6 being formed, and as a result of gravity, the plate and the disk take on the shape of the surface passing through the upper edges of the supports 5 of FIG lower load-bearing structure 2 is defined. The plate of the upper load-bearing structure 3, in particular the underlay glass 3 a, allows the deformations to be eliminated from the upper edges of the supports 5 which occur on the lower surface of the glass sheet 6. The shape with the curved glass sheet is shown in Fig. 5, wherein for better clarity, a part of the upper load-bearing structure 3 and the finished bent glass sheet 6 are cut out.
